So today - it's easy as. I've provided some PDF colouring templates for you. Feel free to print a copy & grab yourselves your favourite colours to do this. You can do this at any time of the day.

Keep it bright and breezy. Did you know 10 minutes of undisturbed colouring helps us to focus and relax, helping to evoke feelings of happiness?
